01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MJJ77, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and MJJ77. Using the platform on behalf of another person or allowing someone else to use your account is not permitted and does not transfer or limit your obligations under these terms.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. MJJ77 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through the platform interface or by email where contact details are held.

02 Eligibility

To register and use MJJ77 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from MJJ77.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual or any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or family member of an MJJ77 employee in a position that creates a conflict of interest.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one MJJ77 account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different personal details, is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held in them.

When registering your account you must provide accurate and truthful information. Any account found to have been registered with false, misleading or another person's details will be closed without notice. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. MJJ77 will not be held liable for losses or unauthorised activity resulting from you sharing your password or failing to keep your account secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact MJJ77 support immediately through the platform's built-in contact system. We recommend changing your password regularly and not using the same password across multiple platforms.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on MJJ77 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time.

Deposit transactions are generally credited to your MJJ77 balance within a short time of a successful payment. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable period, contact support and retain your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies; the current minimum is displayed in your account dashboard.
• MJJ77 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and account VIP tier. VIP members receive priority processing.
• MJJ77 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

MJJ77 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback arrangements and VIP-specific rewards. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms as presented at the time of the offer. The conditions below apply as general minimum standards across all MJJ77 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the individual offer details.
• Bonuses are credited to your account as a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable.
• A wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino, table games and sports markets may contribute at a lower rate as stated per offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that lapse before their expiry date are automatically removed from the account.
• MJJ77 reserves the right to cancel or modify a promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or misuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer states otherwise.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on MJJ77, including casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, fish games and sports betting markets, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real PKR bets.

In the event of a technical fault, network disconnection or game error during an active bet or round:

• If the round was already in progress and the outcome is determinable, the result stands.
• If the game state cannot be recovered, the bet stake will be returned to the account balance.
• MJJ77's decision on disputed game outcomes is final following investigation.

For live casino games, the outcome visible on the live stream is the authoritative result. Discrepancies between the stream result and on-screen display due to technical issues will be resolved in favour of the verified stream result.

07 VIP Programme

MJJ77 operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme open to all registered account holders. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity across all sections of the platform in PKR. Tier benefits include weekly cashback on net losses, priority withdrawal processing, higher account limits and dedicated account manager access at upper tiers.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Maintaining a tier requires meeting the minimum activity threshold for that tier within each review period. Accounts that fall below the activity threshold during a review period may be moved to a lower tier at the start of the next period.

MJJ77 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and review periods with reasonable notice to members. VIP rewards including cashback are credited according to the schedule applicable to your tier and cannot be transferred between accounts.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on MJJ77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform or game systems.
• Colluding with other players in casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting game errors, display bugs or software vulnerabilities rather than reporting them.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial structuring or any other illicit purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through external channels (chargebacks) without first raising the issue with MJJ77 support.
• Accessing the platform through VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

09 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJJ77's total liability to any individual user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.

11 Changes to These Terms

MJJ77 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform or via email where we hold your contact address. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of MJJ77 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
